Product description
The adhesive JF Glue A + B is a rapid fixation adhesive integrated by two compounds, cord over cord, that rapidly cures if mixed equally at ambient temperature.
Typical applications
The adhesive JF Glue A + B is intended to glue metal over metal and ferrite over metal surfaces.
Filling capacity
The maximum width the adhesive JF Glue A + B can fill is 0.3 mm.
Curing velocity depending on temperature
All relevant data concerning the velocity of curing are obtained from tests accomplished at a temperature of 21ºC. Colder temperatures will result in a slower curing. El heating of the assembled parts speeds up the curing process.
INSTRUCTIONS OF USAGE
Make sure that all parts are clean, dry and free of oil and grease. Apply the compound A over one of the layers, and the compound B over the other; then assemble the parts and keep them motionless during 30 seconds until they are fixed. Due to the special curing chemist, the glue develops a high fixing power, even if the mixture proportions are not equal or if the mixture is not perfect.

STORING
Storing of the product in a cool area, not in contact to direct sunlight, is recommended. Cooling at 5 ºC provides an optimal storing stability.
