Sekkei ST-356
The prominence of straight lines.
The ST-356 wall handrail system was designed exclusively by Ryo Fukusada for Comenza. This system features the same design proposal as ST-354, but with a square-shaped base. This small change makes the straight lines even more prominent and gives the system as a whole a more geometric aesthetic. The ST-356 bracket also stands out because of how easy it is to install thanks to the distribution of holes in the base, which are easy to access when attaching the piece to the wall. Also, the system meets the safety requirements established by the CTE.

In developing the Sekkei Handrail, Ryosuke focused on conveying the sensations evoked by the balance between softness and hardness. Thus, he decided to create different design iterations using 3D modeling to produce different realistic models instead of focusing on a specific idea.
