The new GlassFit CC-800 glass railing floor clamp system is the ideal solution for designers who require robust railings with a clean and stylish design.
Designed to make assembly and installation tasks as easy as possible, this innovative system allows the anchors to be spaced from 600 to 850 mm, reducing installation times and facilitating quick and economical execution.
This railing system resists corrosion from humid and saline environments and is ideal for both public and private projects.

– Ease of instalation: The technology built into the system facilitates a quick and flawless installation without the need to drill into the glass. The SLOT 180 and LEVEL 3D devices allow the glass panels to be correctly levelled and aligned. This leads to increased efficiency regarding fitting and therefore the costs of the project are reduced.

We have optimized the GlassFit CC-800 clamp system to provide more functionality, thanks to its new PL-80 CURVED glazing kit, which allows the railing to be adapted to curved glass. The launch of this new kit on demand and under the specific requirements of each project, is compatible with glass with a minimum external radius of 1 meter and a maximum external radius of 4 meters. The standard PL-80 kit will be used, for glass panels with a bend radius greater than 4M.

The GlassFit CC-800 clamp for glass railings is available in DUPLEX 2205 stainless steel. The greater resistance to corrosion of this steel makes it recommended for installation in areas such as swimming pools, where there may be direct exposure to chlorine. It has been tested to resist the swimming pool load of 0.5 kN/m, with a safety coefficient of 1.5 and a height of 1,200 mm, with 10+10 laminated glass of 1,800 mm length.

As a result of the work of our R + D + I department, and of our experience collaborating with architects, builders and designers, we present the new GlassFit CC-800 high-performance clamp railing system.
3-POINT LEVELLING SYSTEM “LEVEL 3D”: The LEVEL 3D levelling system allows to regulate the XYZ axes to guarantee the verticality of the railing on floors up to ± 6.1% (3.5 °) of slope. Likewise, it corrects and absorbs irregularities of up to 5 mm in the slab.
“SLOT 180” MECHANISM TO CORRECT DRILL DEVIATIONS: The “SLOT 180” mechanism located at the base of the clamp facilitates installation even if the centre of the hole of each anchor has deviated up to a maximum of ± 3.5 mm = 7 mm from its initial mounting position.
PERFECT GLASS FIT:This system allows adjustment and levelling tasks to be carried out with the glass resting on the clamp. In the same way, the lateral movement on the supports is facilitated until it is placed in its final position. The result is a firm railing, perfectly aligned and with the glass always centred in the hole of the clamp. Once the clamp is fixed to the ground and the glass is in its final position, a short allen key will be used for levelling, and a ratchet or combination spanner will be used to fix the anchor.
