Stainless steel clamp system for glass railings with long length glass panels
The GlassFit CC-782 stainless steel clamp system for glass railings allows for greater glass panel flexibility, with panel lengths of up to 1,500 mm. This helps reduce installation time, as fewer clamps are required per metre, along with fewer anchor points.
The Level 3D and Slot 180 levelling and adjustment devices compensate for slab irregularities and installation deviations, helping achieve precise glass positioning.
01. OPTIMIZED DESIGN
The GlassFit CC-782 system has been designed to provide a minimalistic appearance, allowing the glass to take centre stage. Its clean lines and subtle forms enable seamless integration into any architectural project, providing visual continuity and a contemporary look.
02. CERTIFIED SAFETY
The GlassFit CC-782 system has been tested to ensure reliable performance under horizontal loads. Its performance has been verified through laboratory testing, providing professionals with greater confidence and ensuring safety for end users.
03. EASY INSTALLATION
Easy access to all adjustment points, as they are fully accessible from the outside. No drilling of the glass is required.

Advantages
01. LONGER GLASS PANELS TO REDUCE OVERALL COSTS
Allows for larger glass panels, with lengths of up to 1,500 mm, helping reduce installation time by requiring fewer clamps per metre and fewer anchor points.
02. OPTIMIZED DESIGN FOR DIFFERENT ANCHOR TYPES
The shape of the clamp base has been optimized to provide a minimalist appearance, an effective adjustment system, and reliable performance whether installed with a central chemical anchor or with mechanical anchors at the ends.
03. EASY INSTALLATION: GLASS ADJUSTMENT AND LEVELLING
The clamp features two rigid plastic support pieces on which the glass rests. Their new design allows the glass to be moved laterally with ease, making it simple to position it correctly.
The LEVEL 3D levelling device allows adjustment along the X, Y and Z axes to ensure precise glass alignment on floors with slopes of up to 4.2% (2.4°). The SLOT 180 device, located at the base of the clamp, also facilitates installation by compensating for deviations of up to ±2.5 mm in the centre of each anchor hole.
04. AVAILABLE IN BLACK FINISH AND FOR CURVED GLASS
The GlassFit CC-782 glass railing system is available in the Black Finish, an additional alternative to polished or satin finishes. Unlike conventional coatings, this finish is applied to the stainless steel product using a Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) process, providing high resistance to UV exposure, corrosion, detergents, solvents and pollution.
In addition, the railing can be installed with curved glass thanks to a glazing kit specifically designed for this purpose. This kit enables the installation of curved glass with different radii ranging from 1 to 4 metres. It is available on request and according to the specific requirements of each project. For curvature radii greater than 4 metres, the standard glazing kit can be used.
